Shipping Methods and Rates

Standard and Expedited shipping options vary by delivery destination. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Orders may arrive in more than one package.

Shipping times commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Our warehouses are located in America and China. Most of the packages will be sent from the US warehouse, part of the packages will be sent from China.

1) Customs taxes vary by country and will be charged according to the local customs policies. If you are required to pay a customs fee, you will see the tax applied to your order once you confirm your shipping details and proceed to checkout.

2) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, your package may be slightly delayed due to the influence of COVID.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing

It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
