Cupcakes, Limited Shapes, Unlimited Changes

From traditional to modern, Cupcake and muffin has been inherited and developed. The size of the cake molds extends from standardization to different capacities such as large cupcakes, small cupcakes and mini cupcakes. Cream with candy, fruit with syrup, chocolate with icing, make the taste and decoration of cupcakes more diversified. Cupcake recipes are also beginning to focus more on the inner mix of the cake itself, rather than just on the outer decoration. At CHEFMADE ®, our collection of cupcake & muffin pans includes a variety of sizes and styles to make baking quick and fun.

Cupcake & Muffin Pans

Not all cupcakes & muffin pans are the same. Please narrow your selection according to your needs or application. The standard size cupcake pan can be used to make a stand-alone cake on the tray or as the base of a large-scale hierarchical cake. The small cupcake pan can be used to make dessert for family or party. The mini size pan is very suitable for serving cakes of bite-sized, which can present more flavors. If you want the guests to have a richer taste experience, this is a good choice.

Popover Pans

We offer popover cake pans of different capacities. You can choose large capacity with sufficient quantity, or you can choose medium capacity to make your right amount of dessert. With the egg batter and popover recipes in place, Yorkshire pudding cake can be easily made.

Cannele Molds

Different materials can bake Canneles with different tastes and textures. CHEFMADE ® copper cannele molds are made in Italy. Copper has fast thermal conductivity and can bake canneles with medium hardness, crisp skin and golden coat. Carbon steel has uniform thermal conductivity, which can bake canneles with high hardness, crisp skin and black Caramel coat.

If you are new to bakeing, we suggest you start with the simplest production. Add egg paste or batter to the mold, first make the basic shape, and then adjust the taste through the control of ingredients, baking time and temperature. Recipes on the Internet are the experience provided by other people's ovens and molds, and you need to master the temper of your ovens and molds and find the time point for your exclusive taste.
